Geocaching

Check out geocache.com This is an excellent opportunity to spend exercise time doing something important. Originally this was designed to teach young people how to navigate coordinates and to clean the environment as they walked through different areas. This has grown to be a phenomenon that lends itself to many purposes. It is fun. It is always interesting and you always include walking.

Comparing Christmas Lights

I got my non-walking husband out to tour the neighborhood and check out the neighbors' decorations as we try to decide what to do ourselves. It was fun and really helped us!
