Why I Wanted to Lose Weight

Because I am a 15 year old weighing 202 pounds, I figured that my weight was just too much for me. So I decided to go out and walk and maybe run a few laps around the neighborhood of mine and in two wks my results showed. It can happen to you also! Lack off all of the junk food and high calories. Eat healthy

My Exercise and Diet Journey

I will keep on exercising not only for my weight but because of my health. You might think that its not possible, but everyone has a better chance of losing weight. i thought it wasn't going to happen to me but when i got out there and did what i was suppose to do,and eat what i suppose to have ate,it happen and i was very proud of myself

Lessons learned

  • I will eat healthy for now and on and if any chance i eat snacks i wouldnt eat so much! I would eat salads daily and lack off of the fried and greasy food.
