How I Started Walking With My Dog
When my dog was a little puppy (6 months old) I was injured and could not run anymore, as my dog does need a lot off exercise I started to walk with him. At first 15 minutes a day.
As he grew older (he is 2 years old now) he started to came with me more and more. Now he walks with me every day.
The Best Thing About Walking with My Dog
We do around 120 km a week these days and he loves it!
Except when it rains he does not like rain, but he still comes with me.
A lot of people talk to you because of the dog, and people start to know you so when you enter a race and the dog is not with me they ask about him..
Lessons Learned
- If you want to walk or run with a dog be sure to take a breed that fits you.
