Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce cornflakes or raisin bran (crumbled) - a little less than 1/3 cup.
- 2 tablespoons chopped raisins (more or less if using raising bran)
- 3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
2. Add the peanut butter and combine thoroughly using a fork.
3. Take a heaping teaspoon at a time and roll in the palms of your hand to form a 1 inch ball - you should get 8 balls.
4. Roll each ball in the reserved cereal crumbs to coat them on all sides.
5. Arrange them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill them in the refrigerator.
6. Just before serving, roll each ball in sugar and serve each in their own little paper liner.
Modifications:
Add coconut to the cornflakes that you roll the balls in. However, this does add fat.
