Caramel Apple Cider Recipe

A sweet warm-up for after a brisk walk. About 170 calories, or 110 if you use sugar-free caramel syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon Torani caramel syrup
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat dairy topping

Preparation:


Heat the apple cider - I usually heat it for a minute on high in the microwave.
Add the caramel syrup
Top with a squirt or tablespoon of nonfat dairy topping.
For best effect, serve in a crystal mug.
