You can put in the miles, but there is more to surviving a marathon in comfort than just building up your mileage.

As you put in longer distance, the importance of hydration, energy snacks, marathon clothing, nutrition, and first aid become more apparent.

As it gets closer, what do you need to think about on the day before and day of the marathon?

You need to plan. Keep a log of you mileage, what you wore, what worked, what didn't. Visit our Calendars, Logs and Trackers page for printable and online tools to use.
