Treadmill Walking Mistakes

Tuesday January 6, 2009
Treadmill walkingWhen I go into the gym, I often see a row of people hunched over their treadmill consoles, with a death grip on the handrails, just grinding it out. They don't look like they are having fun, and from the bad form they are using I know they aren't getting as good of a workout as they should. Rather than training their bodies for fitness, they are reinforcing some of the bad habits they get into sitting in front of the computer all day. To get the most out of your treadmill workout, avoid these treadmill walking mistakes.
