Marathon Training Tip - feet
- Check the soles of your socks. If the padding is wearing thin. get new socks as the nylon or polyester thread used to strengthen knitting is very harsh and can cause blisters on the bottom of your feet. Do nothing new on race day, including wearing brand new socks. Wewar them on a couple of walks and put them through the wash so you know they are right for your main event.
