i wash the T first, after the last rinse, i soak it w/ freshly boiled water and soak for about 5-10 mins then wash 1 more time.

Ms.

I use ammonia. Use it liberally on wet stains.Allow it to soak for a few minutes then wash per usual. If not sufficiently fresh smelling out of the rinse cycle I soak the T in ammonia and h2o over night. Does the trick. I also use a very strong anti-perspirent + deodorant combo which helps at the source of the problem.

vinegar

I spray or soak the clothing or whatever else doesn't smell good in a 50% solution of vinegar for a day or two:)

Use Orange Cleaner to get Body Odor Out

The power of Orange, sold as a household cleaner works great to clean my workout clothes. I use it to pre-wash in the sink then throw it in with the regular laundry. My Bicycle Shorts really stunk... Now they are fresh and odor-less

Works Well But Not Perfect

I've been using the Arm and Hammer Super Washing Soda pre-soak and it works fairly well - better than anything else so far. But it isn't perfect. It is definitely good to soak the shirts immediately after exercise rather than tossing them in the laundry pile for a few days!
