Comfort

Painful to wear

Praise or problems with comfort and wearability?

For the first half hour I was fine, but then..................my bunions started burning like mad!!!! I had my orthotics inside my new Skechers and I couldn't take the pain, so took them out. I replaced the original insoles, but with the same results. Otherwise very cushy.

Toning and Workout

No difference

My Review

I wish these were more comfortable to wear (bunionwise) but I can't have them on long enough to know if they will help me tonally. The pain that is caused to my bunions is unbearable. They are very cushy, however, but not enough to be able to deal with the bunion pain. I tried both, with my professional orthotics, as well as the original insole that came with the shoe to no avail. And, unfortunately, the store won't take them back because I wore them!

Would you recommend this to a friend?

No

Wendy Bumgardner, Walking Guide, says:

My first rule for buying toning shoes is only to buy them from stores or online vendors that have a generous return or exchange policy. I also have a bunion and I literally feel your pain. It is critical for those of us with bunions to find shoes that don't irritate them and to quickly stop wearing any shoes that cause bunion pain. You can Compare Prices for Skechers Shape-ups
