My Review

I would like to comment on the walking poles as I do wish I had a pair of them as I know that this can help you lose more and you walk further and longer and you are able to oose weight faster and so this is my comment and the reason I do not use them now as I'm afraid to use them as what the neighbors will think when they see me walking this way.
