Nominate the best walker-friendly marathon for the annual About.com Walking Readers' Choice Awards. This 26.2 mile marathon should have a time limit of at least 7 hours and treat walkers well. It may be a walking-only event or may be a race that welcomes both runners and walkers.
The 2013 nomination period is from Jan. 14 to February 11, 2013. Finalists will be chosen by our panel of walking enthusiasts and readers will vote from February 19 to March 19, with the winner announced March 27.
