The three-day walk in Seefeld is held in mid-September each year. Walkers may enjoy routes of 10 kilometers, 20 km, 30 km, or 42 km. All routes are IVV sanctioned. To receive an IML stamp, walkers must complete at least 20 km per day for three days.
The walking routes are on pleasant ski trails that snake throughout this holiday area. That means the walking routes are wide and are either paved or on nice pea gravel, easy on the feet. The routes are through forests and villages.
You may visit Seefeld at any time during the summer to enjoy walking, hiking, and nordic walking. The routes are all numbered and marked, with guidebooks available at shops throughout town. Whether you come for the Einhornmarsch or a do-it-yourself walking holiday, Seefeld is a lovely place. Summer is the off-season for this ski town, and you will be welcomed.
