Livestrong Challenge After Party Serves Shiner Beer

I attended the Livestrong Challenge in Portland, Oregon, which is also known as "Beer-vana" as in the Nirvana of microbrew beer. Shiner from Texas is kind of sacreligious here. But then again, it would be wrong not to serve Lance Armstrong's favorite beer at his Livestrong Challenge. I can report that the Shiner Bock was almost as good a Northwest microbrew. But, hey, it was free!
