Lance Armstrong's LIVESTRONG Challenge for 2006 includes a 5K walk. If your family includes bikers, runners, and walkers, you can all enjoy the LIVESTRONG Challenge together as each can either walk, run, or bike. These events will be held in several US cities. Participants may also choose a 5K walk or run, a 10K run, or a bike ride of 10, 40, 70 or 100 miles.
