45-90 minute walk in the healthy heart zone 50-60% of your maximum heart rate. Finish your walk at a moderate pace with 5 minutes of cool down at a very easy pace.

Spice Potency
The intensity of spices goes from ground (most) to dried to fresh. If using ground oregano instead of dried, use 1/2 the amount of dried and 1/8 the amount of fresh. In the other direction, it is twice as much dried as ground, 4 times as much fresh as dried. Replace your spices every 6 months as they lose potency on the shelf.
