From Wauna Viewpoint, you have a spectacular view of the Columbia River Gorge. You are on the southern side in Oregon, looking out over the river to the Washington side. This is the view to the west, downriver, with Beacon Rock.
The summit area is a small flat area underneath the power lines from Bonneville Dam. It has a stone monument. Trail 402 ends here.
