The Bottom Line

The Larabar is a tasty raw food energy bar whose ingredient list is so short you can't believe it - fruit, nuts, and a spice or two. No gluten, no dairy, no soy. The consistency of the bar is excellent - no coatings to melt, easy to break in half, but it doesn't crumble, easy to chew. Really perfect for munching while walking. And the taste - fantastic, with no weird flavors from additives. I need to try all of the varieties!

Guide Review - Larabar

I am not a slave to whole foods or natural foods, but it's great to find an energy bar that tastes great, has all the right qualities for carrying on your walk, and is also 100% natural, vegan, and has no preservatives.

Ingredients and Varieties

The Larabar has a short ingredient list - fruit, nuts, and spices for some flavors. No added sweeteners or preservatives, no dairy or gluten or soy. Now comes the fun part - the flavor choices - I tasted only the Banana Cookie but need to try them all, it was so good. Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Pecan Pie, Lemon Bar, Cashew Cookie, Cocoa Mole, Chocolate Coconut, Ginger Snap, Cinnamon Roll.

Could have more, Member hempnhealthy

Nuts are great for you! So are dates. But that's basically all you're getting. So, if that's all you want, good. But I want more in mine.
