The Bottom Line
The Flashflo carries 45 oz. of water - as much as in two large water bottles. You sip the water through a tube that hooks to the waistbelt for easy access. The small cargo pocket holds your keys, ID and an energy bar. It has reflective stripes.

Guide Review - Camelbak FlashFlo
When you need to carry enough water to get you through a long walk, you have a few of choices: a 2-bottle waistpack, a hydration system backpack, or this handy hydration system waistpack. If you prefer to not have a hot backpack, this is a good choice. I find that I drink far more using the sipper tube of a hydration pack than the inconvenience of reaching around for a bottle. It makes it much easier to sip as you go.

45 ounces of water is the same as two large water bottles, enough for a 10 mile walk.

The small cargo capacity of this Camelbak is a drawback for me, I prefer the Day Trekker model, which has more storage and a bungee cord. But if you go light, this is a good model.
