About the Program:
With MyFitnessPage, you can log your walks and other fitness activities online and view graphs of your walking distance, speed, frequency, weight, a calendar of your walks, and totals by week and by month. You can also add information on your other exercise activities: running, biking, swimming, aerobics, weightlifting, skating. All of the activities get graphed and charted to show your total exercise. Cost is $25 per year.
How to Join:

Go to the Add User page. You can join solo or join as a member of our Walking.about.com club.
Logging Your Walks:
From the walk entry page, you enter details about your walk including date, time, distance, duration, heart rate, route, trail (street, track, trail, treadmill, etc.) and notes about your walk. You can then select for this to be a template that you can use over and over again, or simply a single entry. This way you can have a diary of your walks or a "quick entry" based on a template where you can still add notes. You may update or delete entries.
Reports and Charts:
Select Reports to see a summary of your walks and other activities by month, choosing the date range. This shows date, distance, duration, speed, and calories for each walk as well as a monthly summary. For data fanatics, the charts section lets you choose a wide variety of charts, all of them monthly totals. Data charted includes time, distance, calories, weight, mileage. Club charts: You can also see how all members of the club are doing.
Journal and Buddy Up:
You can keep an online personal journal and choose to share it with others. You can also post for a buddy and have somebody to encourage you and keep you moving.
