Guide Review - Exerstrider AT/S All Terrain Fitness Trekker Poles

I generally use walking poles for rocky trails, but they are also a great fitness tool for those who want to burn more calories per mile and to relieve stress on the hips, knees, and ankles. The Exerstrider AT/S All Terrain Fitness Trekker Poles go from sidewalk to trail with ease. They have a carbide steel tip for trail use, covered with a rubber cushiongrip tip for use on pavement. You can easily pop off the cushiongrip tip as you go from street to trail, and put it back on afterwards. They also come with small baskets for soft ground, sand, and groomed snow to prevent the tip from sinking into the ground. These can be removed or exchanged for the larger basket for skiing or snowshoeing. The pole height adjusted easily, with a twist. Markings on the poles help easily set them based on your height in inches or centimeters. They collapse down to 30 inches for storage. The ergonomic grip is shaped for ease of use. The accompanying book and video gives you full instruction on how to use walking poles.
