Why do you need a fitness T-shirt? While cotton breathes, it doesn't wick away sweat, so you end up wet and prone to underarm chafing. Fitness T-shirts come in wicking fabric to take moisture away from the skin and help it quickly evaporate. This shirt also has an antimicrobial finish which will help prevent lingering body odor in the armpits.

The Junonia QuikWik Anti-Microbial Short Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt comes in plus sizes 1X-4X. It comes in a variety of colors with contrasting piping at the neck and sleeves.

Walking in the QuikWik V-Neck T-shirt

I prefer v-neck walking T-shirts for the extra chest ventilation. This shirt is slightly tailored for a women's torso. It can work either as a summer walking shirt or as a base layer for cold weather walking, worn underneath a fleece or wool layer.

The fabric is soft and stretchy in a beefy poly/Lycra blend. It's a little heavier in weight than I prefer. The shirt comes in a solid color with contrasting piping at the neck and sleeve openings. It's stylish enough to wear out shopping before or after your walk.

The QuikWik V-Neck T-shirt is an good basic, well worth adding to your walking wardrobe.
