The Bottom Line

Cold One wraps are an excellent no-mess solution for icing sore muscles or injuries. Designed to fit specific body areas, they provide both cold and compression. Cold One drives the cold deep without causing ice burn on your skin. I liked the first sample so much that I immediately bought a full variety to have handy.

Guide Review - Coldone Cold Therapy Wrap

Rest, ice, compression, elevation. That's the RICE recipe for injuries. But the ice part can be messy or expensive. I've used the instant cold packs, and I've used a baggie or neckerchief packed with crushed ice. Ice melts.

Cold One is the best cold therapy wrap I've seen. The cold gel is contained in ice-cube like compartments in the wrap. Each wrap is designed to fit a specific body area. You use the velcro to give yourself as snug of fit as desired.

With a good fit, the cold gets driven deep into the affected area to provide relief. But you aren't in danger of getting a skin burn from too much cold.

The elbow/wrist wrap can also be used as a plantar fasciitis wrap on your foot. Other warps are designed for the ankle/foot - great for sprains, shoulder, back, knee, and a universal design.

If you need regular cold therapy for a chronic problem, or if you just want to keep an ice pack handy in case of sprains or strains, Cold One is a great solution.
