Some sauces include oil. I like a saucy pizza, and pesto sauces are as bad or worse for oil content. You can opt for a sauce-less pizza or just don't worry about the oil. If you are doing it yourself, you can make a dynamite nonfat sauce with tomato paste, oregano, basil, and garlic. Simply mix, let sit for 30 minutes to an hour to bring out the taste of the herbs, experiment with proportions.
