Make pizza into a healthy and low fat meal

Meat
Go veggie or ask for Canadian bacon in moderate amounts - it is far leaner than the other meats used.

Cheese
Easy on the cheese. Go for tastier cheeses that satisfy with lower quantities, such as gorgonzola, feta, parmesan, romano, or switch to low fat mozzarella.

Veggies

Sauce
Some sauces include oil. I like a saucy pizza, and pesto sauces are as bad or worse for oil content. You can opt for a sauce-less pizza or just don't worry about the oil. If you are doing it yourself, you can make a dynamite nonfat sauce with tomato paste, oregano, basil, and garlic. Simply mix, let sit for 30 minutes to an hour to bring out the taste of the herbs, experiment with proportions.

Think thin crust rather than thick crust.
