Keep Walking in the Cold

  • A long, warm bath will take away the chill and relax your exercised muscles. Treat yourself to scented bubble bath or bath salts or candles, and enjoy a good book.
  • Caramel Apple Latte: Heat 1 cup of apple cider.
    Add a dollop of caramel syrup.
    Top with whipped cream.
  • Chai Tea Latte: Brew chai tea or buy ready-made liquid or powdered mix. Steam milk, mix half and half, sweeten as desired.
