Body fat measurement can give you a truer picture of your fitness and health risks than weight. Scales and devices that use bioelectrical impedance offer a quick and fairly accurate way to track your body fat. Athlete and child settings are important if you plan to use it for those with high muscle mass and low body fat or for children.
