Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk

Day Zero

 Gear checkout

Dee and Cheryl check out our gear - we get 3 vans, a truck towing a golf cart, 4 radios and 4 cell phones.

Towel service

We sorted out our signs and checked out the gear tubs in each van.  We had everything we would need except ice for the coolers.  They gave each van a case of water and a case of Gatorade.  Our route markings include the yellow/blue arrows, large orange signs with various cautions, stakes and zip ties.

Mount Rainier in the alpenglow as we marked the trail from early afternoon until after midnight.
