Honey Stinger Energy Bar

Honey Stinger Energy Bar

Honey Stinger
Honey Stinger energy bars are a tasty energy snack during walking, hiking, running or other activities.
Honey Stinger energy bars provide the carbs needed for endurance sports through the natural goodness of honey. Honey has a low glycemic index and should therefore prevent an energy spike and crash by having a longer time to be absorbed. The bars have 27 - 28 grams of carbohydrate per bar.

The bars are comparatively low in fat, with 190 calories and 3.5 - 5 grams of fat per bar. Protein content is 10 grams per bar. Soy protein is used for the Rocket Chocolate and the Berry Banana Buzz bars, with peanut protein in the the Peanut Butter 'n Honey bar.

How do they taste? Delicious, I enjoyed the bars thoroughly. Some other reviewers say they are the best tasting of any.

For further nutrition, they add 23 vitamins and minerals.
