Guide Review - Brooks Adrenaline Shoes
When my doctor suggested I switch to a stability shoe, I went to my shoe fit expert and he put me into Brooks Adrenaline shoes. For walkers, they are a good choice because they have a flexible forefoot that bends where walkers need them to bend. The shoes have mesh to keep the air flowing around the toes in warm weather. They are made for those, like me, with low arches. I found excellent room in the toe box to accommodate my bunion in the wide width, yet also a good fit in the heel. As a stability shoe, they are not meant for speed, yet they are light enough to enjoy wearing on long walks. The cushioning is ample.
