A Centurion is one who has walked 100 miles in 24 hours in competition. Speed as well as endurance is needed to achieve the mark.
How to Become a Centurion
USA:
Ultra Centric Centurion: Held in November in Grapevine, Texas in the Dallas area.

Australia: The Australian Centurion Club hosts an event each year on a track to certify Australia Centurions. Besides the 100 Mile/24 Hour achievement, medals are also awarded for 100 kilometers and for 50 kilometers. Australia Centurions Club
The Netherlands: The Rotterdam Continental Centurion event is held each year the first weekend in June. The Dutch Centurions club has information in English on upcoming Centurion events. Club Site. - An 18 Hour WalkSpurred on by Christina Elsenga's achievements, your author hosted the 18 Hour Walk in Vancouver, Washington for three years. Several walkers achieved 80K and a couple topped 100K, including Christina. The event was discontinued but I have encouraged other clubs to take up the format.
