Wendy's Yogurt Breakfast or Snack Recipe

Ingredients
One container of nonfat flavored yogurt
1 serving of Total Raisin Bran

Preparation
Mix together in a bowl.
Sometimes I try to put the cereal into the yogurt container, but this is a sloppy and unwise move!

Nutrition
1 lowfat milk exchange
1 bread/starch exchange
1 fruit exchange (if you get enough raisins into the serving).
Approximately 300 calories if you use the artifically sweetened nonfat yogurt, 400 calories if you use the sweetened flavored yogurt.
I use Total to avoid taking a vitamin supplement pill - I hate taking pills.

Variations
Reduce the cereal to 1/2 serving (about 1/2 cup) to reduce calories and save more of your bread/cereal exchanges for later in the day.
You can use granola or muesli - but be sure to note the serving size and fat content and adjust accordingly.
