Correct!

Your hands and feet both swell as your heart beats faster while walking. To relieve swollen hands, remove rings before walking and walk with your arms bent and swinging naturally with your stride. Your walking shoes should be a size to a size and a half larger than your dress shoes to allow your feet to expand while walking. If you experience chest pain, call for emergency medical attention immediately as you may be having a heart attack.
