Walking - Miracle Cure but not for Wrinkles

Walking IS a miracle-cure and preventative for heart disease, Type II diabetes, cancer, stroke, and many other conditions. Walkers live longer and they live healthier. That is no joke - the best thing you can do for your long-term health is to walk 30-60 minutes a day, or more!

But walking won't cure wrinkles. To prevent wrinkles - wear sunscreen and stop smoking. Also - wear sunglasses to prevent squint lines.
