    Welcome, this 16-week course will guide you through training to walk a half-marathon 13.1 mile walk. Each week you will receive a schedule of training walks and a focus on different aspects of walking.

    When Is Your Half Marathon? If your half marathon is less than 16 weeks away, you can review past lessons or work ahead using the Lost Lessons link to email them to yourself. If it is more than 16 weeks away, you can either wait to enroll for the emails or save them to review at the appropriate time.
