Calorie Count Plus

Calorie Count Plus is our free program to help you track your diet and exercise online. It's suite of tools that allows you to easily track calories you're consuming as well as the amount you're burning through activity.

You create your own diet, starting with a list of your favorite foods. When you enter a food into your food log, the database will recommend similar foods that may be healthier or may be an interesting alternative to what you're currently eating. Determine your diet profile, and then give and receive support. You track your food intake and exercise online with the log tools.
