Swollen Hands and Fat Fingers While Walking

We've all experienced it - your hands swelling when you go on a walk. My husband gave me an anniversary band, but I didn't dare wear it on my long walk this weekend. Sometimes it is worse than other times. Why? Can you prevent it? I have the answers.

I have noticed that too in myself lately, and i am not sure what causes it. Have not had this before when i was living on junk food and was younger.

While I was in Marine Corps training we were told to make fists frequently and rotate our wrists to circulate blood in the hands and arms. It still works for me….
