Monday April 7, 2008
New Balance 907 Trail ShoeBrandon writes: "We are planing a trip to the national parks in Utah and Arizona. The trails look well maintained, so do I really need a trail shoe or hiking boot, or will my good quality running shoes do?"

hi, i tried everything. only thing that worked for me was the idiot proof diet. they say you can lose 9lbs in 11 days. for me it was like 6.5 lbs in 15 days, but i’m happy with it anyways. http://idiotproofdiet.com
