Getting Started with a Pedometer

If there was a pedometer in your Christmas stocking, you probably need to get out the magnifying glass to read the instructions. For a pedometer to measure distance, you must measure your average step length or average stride length. The most important thing to glean from the instructions is which they want you to measure to input. Here are methods to measure it and to set your pedometer.
