Indoors Walking Videos

Leslie Sansone has a series of indoors walking workout videos designed for those with limited space to get a walking workout without a treadmill. All you need to do is clear a space in front of the TV or computer monitor and play the video or DVD to be led through a workout. These workouts burn calories and tone muscles.
Note: If you are training for a long walk, these videos do not substitute for training outdoors or on a treadmill as different muscles are worked. Leslie also uses hand weights or rubber "stretchies" to enhance some of her workouts. These are appropriate for the videos as you are coached by her and can use them appropriately for short periods. I do not recommend walking with weights on longer walks outdoors, due to risk of repetitive strain injuries.
