Walk While You Work

Over at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. James Levine has a prototype of a computer workstation mounted on a treadmill. He says if you just walk 1 mph while you work on the computer, you won't lose your balance or be distracted - and will burn an extra 100 calories per hour. Over the course of an 8-hour day, that lunch Big Mac would all be gone...but not the supersize fries. Really, I could use one of these for my home office - I'd get in my pedometer steps each day with no sweat. Can I volunteer to field test this gizmo?
