Protein+Carb Sports Drink Performs Better

Can a sports drink improve your endurance and reduce muscle damage? A study published this month found that Accelerade, a sports drink that combines carbohydrates plus protein, outperformed Gatorade significantly. I'm giving it a try during my marathon training walks - it's kinda frothy but tastes OK.
