Caffeine + Walking = Fat Burning?

Good news for us java lovers. The Australian Institute of Sport has produced a study that shows that a cup of coffee before exercise such as walking jolts the muscles to start using fat for fuel rather than carbohydrates. Bad news for couch potatoes - just drinking the coffee doesn't help you burn any fat, you need to exercise to get that effect. Story at BBC News

actually, caffeine by itself will still raise your metabolism…so its possible to burn fat still. You would have to be eating spot on though.
